Yes - all products can be ordered and shipped both nationally and internationally. ByRetsloff offers local production in more than 130 production centers across 28 countries.

This means that as a customer, you will receive your order faster, while costs, waste, and CO2 emissions are reduced.

Based on experience, the most efficient and damage-resistant shipping methods are used for all products. The standard packaging for art and poster prints includes the following:

• Flat packages: For prints up to size A4.
• Poster/paper tubes: For prints larger than A4.

Tubes are typically used for shipping to countries such as DK, DE, NO, CH, FR, UK, AU, SG, NL, BE, and AT.

• Triangular/rectangular packages: Often used for shipping to countries such as the USA, Canada, and Brazil.

The shipping method, either with PostNord, GLS, or other freight companies, is chosen based on suitability and may vary from time to time, depending on destination and other factors. This is not necessarily determined in advance.

Art and poster prints:As a standard, all creations are printed in the following sizes:

• A4 (21 x 29.7 cm)
• A3 (29.7 x 42 cm)
• A2 (42 x 59.4 cm)
• 50x70 cm
• 70x100 cm

However, there may be options for alternative sizes, which will be indicated on the product page. If you want a different size than those listed, feel free to send an inquiry via the contact form or by sending an email to: info@byretsloff.com

Originals:
The size of all original artworks may vary and is not necessarily determined in advance. The specific size will be indicated on the product page. If you want a different size, you can instead order an art print.

Expected Delivery Time:
Normally 3-5 business days. However, in some cases, the delivery time may be extended to 7-10 business days.

Shipping Apps Recommended: When ordering in while staying in Denmark, It is recommended to download either the PostNord or GLS app to your iPhone or Android device. By setting up the app with the same details you use for ordering on this site, you will receive updates about your delivery directly in the app. Additionally, the app allows you to choose your preferred delivery method.

Alternative Delivery Procedure:
In cases where all or part of your order is not in stock due to specific sizes or colors, ByRetsloff will use the nearest printing press and supplier to fulfil your order. Please note that in certain cases, your package may be sent from another EU country, which may result in an extended delivery time of 7-10 business days.

Delivery Notification: You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. ByRetsloff strives to deliver to the specified address or to the nearest pick-up point, such as a kiosk, gas station, or supermarket, whenever possible.

When ordering a "Unique-creation", I create an exclusive and individual poster in ByRetsloff's distinctive style. I customize the poster according to your preferences and wishes - always with respect for the original design.

Each personal poster is produced as a unique original print and comes with a "Unique" certificate from ByRetsloff.

By sending an inquiry, I initiate a dialogue based on your desires and preferences. I will draft a design that you have the opportunity to provide input on within reason. The first draft will be prepared upon ordering.

Prices for "Unique-creations" start from 499 DKK.

Please note that acceptance of the order is binding. There is no right of withdrawal for custom-made products.
